PURE FLOW KIT - SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Pure Flow Kit! We are committed to delivering your advanced solar irrigation and eco-friendly pump systems safely and efficiently. Due to the high-specification and technical nature of our equipment, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders involving heavy or oversized cargo configurations may require up to 3 business days for secure palletization and logistics verification. You will receive an automated notification once your package leaves our fulfillment network.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with leading freight and parcel carriers to provide reliable worldwide shipping:

·       Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (applicable for standard components and kits).

·       Freight/Oversized Shipping: 10–15 business days (applicable for heavy pumps and solar panel arrays requiring specialized transport).

Delivery timelines are estimates. Pure Flow Kit is not responsible for external delays including carrier constraints, custom clearances, or extreme weather conditions.

Important Notice on 'Delivered' Status & Freight Theft (Porch Piracy)

Pure Flow Kit utilizes secure, fully tracked shipping methods. Once the designated carrier marks a shipment as "Delivered" to the address provided during checkout, the contract of carriage is legally executed. Pure Flow Kit is not liable or financially responsible for packages or freight stolen, misplaced, or lost after a confirmed delivery status has been established. We do not issue refunds or free replacements for post-delivery theft. Customers are responsible for securing a safe drop-off point.

Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery address is 100% accurate at checkout. Pure Flow Kit is not responsible for failed deliveries or misrouted freight due to typos or address omissions. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are strictly ineligible for refunds.

International Customs, Duties & Import Tariffs

For international orders, the recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with local laws. Pure Flow Kit is not responsible for import taxes, customs duties, brokerage fees, or VAT. If a package is rejected or abandoned at customs due to a customer's refusal to clear duties, no refund will be issued.
