PURE FLOW KIT - REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pure Flow Kit, operated legally under Mava Ecom LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, the customer, and Pure Flow Kit. By interacting with, purchasing from, or initiating a transaction on pureflowkit.com, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the comprehensive terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.

1. 90-Day Return Window

We offer a strict 90-day return window for eligible products. You have exactly 90 calendar days from the documented date of carrier delivery (as shown on the tracking log of USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or designated freight handlers) to request a standard return. Any return requests, damage claims, or refund inquiries initiated after the 91st day from the documented delivery date are automatically invalid, legally time-barred, and will be rejected without exception.

2. Technical Specifications & Customer Selection Error

Pure Flow Kit products—including solar-powered irrigation controllers, heavy-duty fluid pumps, automatic water valves, structural hardware kits, and solar panel arrays—are highly specialized mechanical and electronic instruments engineered to precise operational parameters (including voltage inputs, maximum flow rates in GPM, water pressure limits in PSI, pipe diameter dimensions, and structural loads).

It is the customer's sole and absolute responsibility to calculate, verify, and confirm their infrastructure compatibility, system integration requirements, and environmental parameters prior to completing a purchase. Ordering a kit with incompatible pipe sizes, incorrect voltage/wattage metrics, or inadequate flow capacity is legally classified as a customer-selection error, not a product defect. Pure Flow Kit will not cover return freight shipping costs or waive associated restocking fees for items purchased under selection, sizing, or operational compatibility errors.

3. Environmental, Solar & Operational Exclusions (The No-Fault Clause)

Pure Flow Kit engineering systems operate dynamically under specific external environmental conditions. The following operational behaviors and environmental factors do NOT constitute a manufacturing defect, are standard system characteristics, and are strictly excluded from eligibility for refunds, returns, or free replacements:

·       Weather & Sunlight Dependency: Solar-powered kits rely entirely on ambient UV exposure and real-time solar irradiance. Fluctuations in flow rate, decreased pump performance, or intermittent system operation caused by cloud cover, shade, seasonal changes, or geographical positioning are normal operational parameters and are not eligible for defect claims.

·       Water Quality, Silt, & Clogging: Mechanical pump failure, internal blockage, valve jamming, or impeller damage caused by debris, mud, phreatic silt, sand, excessive mineral scaling, or contaminated water sources are classified strictly as user-maintenance failures and environmental hazards. They do not constitute merchant defects.

·       Electrical Wiring & DIY Modifications: Any damage to digital controllers, wiring harnesses, solar panels, or pump motors resulting from improper DIY electrical installation, short circuits, voltage surges, or failure to follow provided wiring diagrams is classified as user error and voids all return rights.

4. Mandatory Condition Requirements for a Standard Return

To qualify for a valid return and receive a product refund, the item must be returned in absolute 'Like New' and resalable condition. The product must meet the following baseline requirements upon inspection at our designated fulfillment facility:

·       The item must be completely unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and completely free of any water residue, internal moisture, dirt, scuffs, or mechanical wear.

·       The item must be returned in its original, undamaged factory retail packaging containing all internal structural foam, protective wraps, hardware accessory packs, manuals, and wiring schematics.

·       The return must include the original invoice, order number, or authorized proof of purchase.

5. Restocking Fees & Partial Refunds Breakdown

All approved standard returns (returns not involving a verified manufacturing defect) are subject to rigorous inspection and associated processing costs. Restocking fees are enforced as follows:

·       Unopened Box: Returns where the factory seal is intact and packaging is undamaged will incur a 15% restocking fee to cover warehouse handling, auditing, and processing.

·       Opened Box / Minor Inspection: Returns where the box has been opened but components remain completely unused, dry, and in pristine condition will incur a 25% restocking fee.

·       Refused or Damaged Items: Items displaying signs of mechanical installation, water exposure testing, cosmetic scratches, or missing hardware components will be rejected entirely, or subjected to a partial restocking fee of up to 50% at the sole discretion of the Pure Flow Kit inspection team.

6. Mandatory Inspection Window & Photographic/Video Proof Workflow

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon carrier drop-off. You must contact us at contact@pureflowkit.com within 7 calendar days of delivery to report any shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or missing components. To prevent fraudulent claims and expedite engineering review, all technical defect or damage claims must be accompanied by:

·       High-resolution photographs showing the external shipping box, shipping label, and internal packaging.

·       A short, clear video demonstrating the precise operational or mechanical issue (e.g., showing the digital controller error code, electrical meter reading, or physical structural fracture).

If a genuine manufacturing defect is verified by our technical staff within this window, Pure Flow Kit will provide a prepaid return label and issue a free replacement or a 100% full refund at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Forced Returns, Route Abandonment, and Freight Refusals

You must obtain an explicit written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and designated return facility address from contact@pureflowkit.com before shipping any items back. Shipping packages back to the manufacturer's or logistics warehouse address printed on the original shipping label without prior RMA authorization is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorized shipments, 'forced returns', or intentional package/freight refusals (Refused Delivery) at the customer's residence or commercial property without written consent from Pure Flow Kit support will be treated as an absolute abandonment of the goods. In such cases, the goods are forfeited, and the order is 100% non-refundable.

8. Pre-Dispute Agreement & Anti-Fraud Chargeback Framework

At Pure Flow Kit, we maintain a comprehensive, automated logging infrastructure that records transactional data, customer IP addresses, exact geolocations, email support correspondence, carrier tracking intervals, and delivery time-stamps (including photo proof of delivery or carrier signatures where applicable).

Filing a bank chargeback, credit card dispute, or 'unauthorized charge' claim with your financial institution without first contacting our customer support team—or while an official technical evaluation or refund process is actively underway—is classified under this contract as bad-faith friendly fraud and a breach of this retail agreement. By executing a transaction on pureflowkit.com, you explicitly authorize your bank or card issuer to accept this Refund & Return Policy, alongside our tracking data and communication logs, as definitive, legally binding contract evidence to immediately overturn any improper or fraudulent payment disputes.

9. Strict 6-Hour Order Cancellation & Modification Window

To maintain rapid delivery metrics, orders enter our automated warehouse fulfillment, palletization, and dispatch workflows almost immediately after checkout. Cancellation or order modification requests (such as address corrections or item changes) can only be reviewed if submitted to contact@pureflowkit.com within a strict 6-hour window post-purchase. Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the logistics carrier, it cannot be intercepted or canceled, and the customer must proceed through the standard return protocol outlined herein.

10. International Returns & Tariff Forfeiture

For all orders shipped outside the United States, the customer acts as the importer of record and must pay all local customs tariffs, brokerage fees, and import VAT. If a return is authorized for an international order, all outbound and inbound shipping fees, import tariffs, and customs clearance charges are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is abandoned or destroyed at local customs because a customer refuses to pay import duties, no refund will be issued.

11. European Union & United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason under applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be returned completely unused, uninstalled, and in its pristine original factory packaging with proof of purchase, subject to inbound return shipping costs being covered by the customer.
